Role OverviewResponsible for implementing and managing project quality control programs, performing daily QA/QC responsibilities, and ensuring proper coordination and construction that meets project standards and requirements.
What You Will Do
Maintains project quality records, monitors QC plan implementation, creates and distributes QA/QC plans, conducts regular meetings, and identifies means of reducing deficiencies.

Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of concrete construction industry experience
- Proven abilities and expertise in structural and light commercial construction
- BS Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC best practices and regulations
- Ability to create plans and programs
- Technically proficient and knowledgeable about the concrete construction industry
- Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees
- Ability to obtain or possess inspection licenses and/or certifications as required
- Well organized, diligent, and a self-starter
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently identify work to be done
- Flexible and able to adjust to sudden changes in work priorities
- Attention to detail and extreme care in performing tasks accurately and carefully
- Ability to wear safety gear (PPE)
- Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
