Role OverviewConduct in-home visits to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides, and determine if existing care plans meet client needs. Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with home visits and office work.
What You Will Do
Monitor client condition and performance of duties, conduct home visits, prepare evaluation reports, and maintain schedules. Attend weekly branch meetings and maintain confidentiality.

- Computer experience – Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance for travel within the branch service areas
