Job Description
Speak is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join their Quality Assurance team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will design and execute test plans, identify defects, analyze QA metrics, and work directly with the development and product teams to ensure reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience in mobile QA
  • Proficiency in testing asynchronous mobile flows
  • Experience validating mobile analytics instrumentation
  • Ability to design and execute test plans for experiments and feature flags
  • Experience applying network and device throttling
  • Ability to diagnose and debug flaky mobile tests
  • Strong grasp of product development and release processes
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to work from the SF HQ 3 days per week
