Job Description
Ensure facility follows regulatory food safety requirements, supervise quality department, and perform quality operations including audits and investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related scientific field preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of USDA, FDA, SQF, and OSHA requirements
  • Experience with SQF or BRC
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP principals, CGMPs, SOPs and SSOPs, Pest Control, and Allergen Control)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting activities
  • Ability to train others in proper techniques related to Quality and Safety programs
