Job Description
Monitor SOP's, SSOP's and GMP compliance, perform HACCP procedures, and conduct pre-shipment inspections. Work closely with Shipping and production associates to ensure product specifications and food safety standards are met.

Requirements

  • Conduct pre-shipment inspections
  • Review records for accuracy
  • Aid QA supervision and management in gathering data and investigating items outside of regular technician responsibilities
  • Work closely with Shipping and production associates in monitoring product for specifications and correcting specifications deficiencies
