Role OverviewAs a QA Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our user interfaces and operations. This role supports scrum teams by executing manual test cases, validating basic UI workflows, and assisting with API and GraphQL testing under supervision.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for UI workflows and GraphQL operations, identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, conduct regression testing, and participate in requirement reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the QA field, preferably with a focus on application workflow validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with test automation tools
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience with GraphQL or API testing
- Effective business writing and composition skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must be detailed oriented and able to prioritize and organize workload
- Minimum 1-year experience working on Scrum teams
- Basic understanding of the Agile methodology
- Scrum certifications are a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
