Role OverviewThe QA Lead will provide overall leadership for quality assurance strategy, planning, execution, and governance for a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) SaaS implementation. This position requires strong experience in healthcare application testing, data migration validation, ETL testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, defect management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
What You Will Do
Lead the overall QA strategy, planning, and execution for the EHR SaaS implementation. Develop and maintain QA governance, testing approach, schedules, and resource plans. Provide regular reporting on testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project management and stakeholders.

Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles
- 11+ years of hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing
- 11+ years of experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing
- 11+ years of experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems
- 11+ years of experience in ensuring SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases is fully tested
- 11+ years of experience coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts
- 11+ years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence
- 11+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams
- 11+ years of experience in proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira
