Job Description
The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring computer software, applications, or products do not have any defects or issues. The role involves providing 2nd level technical support, troubleshooting, and quality assurance testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years in a customer support role required
  • Previous warehouse and distribution processes preferred
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and electronic ordering
  • Ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication as well as strong organizational skills
  • Must be detail and process oriented, and possess the ability to be self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and SCRUM development
  • Strong technical skills with an in-depth knowledge of various testing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Power Systems (Otherwise known as AS400) preferred
  • Some travel may be required
