Role OverviewThe QAPI Coordinator will develop and implement the quality improvement program for Senior LIFE, creating and rolling out an annual review and update of the center's quality improvement plan. They will identify and integrate quality indicators, monitor the open action/complaints hotline, and analyze high-level incident reports to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a health related field
- 2 years experience in healthcare
- Quality improvement experience preferred
