QC Inspector - Return to Service (Part 145 Repair Station)

Perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

What You Will Do

Perform final inspections, issue Return to Service authorizations, review maintenance records, and conduct audits and inspections.

Must hold a valid Airframe (A) license or have prior experience as an FAA authorized Repairman in a Part 145 Repair station, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience inspecting aircraft components.

Requirements

• Valid Airframe (A) license or prior experience as an FAA authorized Repairman in a Part 145 Repair station
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience inspecting aircraft components
• Strong knowledge of FAA part 145 regulations and AS9110 Quality Standards
• High attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and engineering drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
