QC Inspector

Pogue Construction is a 100% employee-owned general contractor staffing a ground-up data center campus in East Texas. We are seeking a QC Inspector to perform daily field inspections, run the three-phase QC process, and maintain inspection logs.

What You Will Do

Perform daily field inspections, run the three-phase QC process, witness and document third-party testing, write and track nonconformance reports, and maintain inspection logs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 3+ years of construction quality control experience, with GC-side experience strongly preferred. Preferred credentials include ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, AWS CWI, ICC special inspector certifications, and OSHA 30.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction quality control experience
• GC-side experience strongly preferred
• Data center, mission-critical, or large industrial experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Preferred credentials: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, AWS CWI, ICC special inspector certifications, OSHA 30
• Clear written communication and the confidence to hold a standard respectfully
• Ability to work on an active jobsite in Texas weather, walk long distances, and climb ladders and stairs
