Job Description
Performs Line Clearances, reports discrepancies, and enforces GMPs. Responsible for the maintenance of logs, sampling, and retention of raw materials. Assist in the absence of QC tech.

Requirements

  • HS degree or GED equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality with familiarity with GMP & batch records
  • Food Handlers card
  • Excellent communication, written and grammatical skills
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Proven success with working in a team environment
