Role OverviewAustin Commercial is seeking a QCQA Director for our Phoenix, AZ Division. The successful candidate will lead the Quality Department and develop the overall corporate quality and continuous improvement program. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What You Will Do
The QCQA Director will be responsible for developing and executing quality programs, designing internal audits, and providing oversight to project quality programs. They will also participate in staffing decisions, training, and evaluation of quality control managers and engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- 15 to 20 years' experience in a Quality Assurance/Control related role
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams
