Job Description
Rovensa Next is the Rovensa Group’s global business unit, specialising in biosolutions for agriculture. The company is looking for a QEHS & Lab Specialist to join their team in Minnesota, US. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QEHS programs, conducting formulation and quality control testing, and managing hazardous chemical waste disposal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, chemistry, laboratory work, or a similar technical environment
  • Experience with plant nutrition formulations and related chemistry is highly desirable
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Computer literacy and ability to work effectively with data management systems
