Job Description
Massachusetts Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth. Quality Improvement Specialist provides quality assurance and improvement technical assistance. This is a dynamic environment where no day is the same.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years’ experience in quality improvement or related social services field
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to quality in everything you do
