Job Description
This position conducts evidence-based assessments for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities using the Questionnaire for Situational Information for all APD eligible persons. The QSI Assessor will review information gathered from the person's records, conduct face-to-face interviews, and enter the results into the QSI online application.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university
  • Minimum of four (4) years professional experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
