Job Description
The Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks a QSI Assessor to conduct evidence-based assessments for eligible persons using the Questionnaire for Situational Information. The QSI Assessor will review records, conduct interviews, and enter results into the QSI online application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License or other efficient means of transportation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sufficient computer skills
  • Ability to work with persons, families, providers, and staff
  • Ability to travel for work purposes
