The role involves supporting and advocating for Service Recipients receiving Innovations Waiver or State Funded Services. The Qualified Professional will play a key role in helping individuals live meaningful lives, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
What You Will Do
As a Qualified Professional, you'll develop individualized short-term goals and interventions, conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations, and participate in ISP meetings to ensure the voices of recipients are heard.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience
- Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience
- Master's degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish Required
