Role OverviewThe Quality Action Leader is responsible for securing and driving efficient cross-functional problem solving of complex internal and external quality issues. This role will collaborate with various teams to drive quality improvements and implement containment/corrective actions.
What You Will Do
Initiate and lead Plant Kick-Off Meetings, represent Plant Quality in car programs, secure implementation of containment/corrective actions, and lead the Quality Action Team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience, technical competence, leadership experience, and proven skills in practical problem solving and quality tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Technical basic competence on Bachelor/Master level of Engineering or similar
- Leadership experience and training
- Comfortable and skillful in presenting for a larger group of Stakeholders
- Knowledge about processes, methods and tools within Manufacturing and Research & Development
- New Model program experience
- Proven skills in Practical Problem solving and knowledge in Quality Tools e.g. Global 8D, 6 Sigma or equivalent
- Experience from different areas in Production Plants and/or other relevant functions within the Company
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
