Job Description
The Quality Analyst/Risk Manager ensures execution of all Quality Department tasks within assigned group homes, day programs, and/or supported living arrangements, ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in group home/day programs and/or in Direct Support Professional role
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
