Role Overview

The Quality Analyst (Case Management Analyst) will evaluate the work of county caseworkers to confirm that decisions on SNAP cases comply with all applicable regulations. The role involves reviewing food assistance budgets, researching food assistance policy, and managing schedules. Travel to counties to interview clients is also required.

What You Will Do

The Quality Analyst will review food assistance budgets, research food assistance policy, manage and coordinate their schedule, travel to counties to interview clients, review screens in the Ohio Benefits eligibility system, send contact letters to clients, complete interviews with clients, complete cases in the Federal System, and upload materials and verifications for each review.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience as a public assistance caseworker, training or experience in technical writing, and experience in mainframe databases. The role requires a valid Ohio driver license and the ability to travel 2-3 times per month.

Requirements

  • 36 months experience as a public assistance caseworker with experience in all categories of public assistance
  • 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in technical writing
  • 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in mainframe databases
  • valid Ohio driver license
