The Development and Quality Chemist is responsible for overall lab operations, developing testing methodologies, and ensuring product quality and performance. This includes performing chemical tests, implementing control tools, and training lab staff. The role also involves research and development of new products, formulation of household and automotive chemicals, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

  • BS in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related sciences
  • 4+ years of formulating household/automotive chemical products
  • Advanced formulation skills and technical knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state regulations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
