Job Description
Quality and Inventory Specialist responsible for establishing and publishing weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules, and communicating with Warehouse Supervisors to assign necessary resources.

Requirements

  • Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules
  • Communicate and coordinate inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors
  • Direct the work of personnel assigned to quality audits and/or inventory counts
  • Perform spot audits of unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel
  • Interact with supervisors and leads to identify trends, processes, or people requiring corrective action
  • Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion
