The Coordinator will also lead logistical planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution of large-scale workforce development events and training cycles.

Requirements
- Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of progressive administrative, coordination, or compliance experience
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience operating as a Training Specialist, Coordinator, or Point of Contact within a DOE, nuclear, or highly regulated government contracting environment
- Proven, hands-on experience utilizing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as the LEARN database, electronic training forms, and qualification matrix software
