Job Description
Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company seeking a Quality Assurance - QC Inspector to validate process adherence and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong shop mathematics background.

Requirements

  • Validates process adherence on both the component and subsequent paperwork to the work instructions and all relevant specifications.
  • Performs dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and generates C of C in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
  • Performs tasks such as chemical testing, assembly, disassembly, vibratory tumble, blending, peen, grit blast, masking/prep, vane install and operate CMM in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
  • Maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.
  • Prepares necessary quality documents and confirms quality of own work using inspection tools in accordance with product specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
