Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Administrator will work with the Quality Assurance team to resolve product quality issues, manage incoming product concerns, and assist with ensuring timely and accurate repairs. The role involves working with various stakeholders, including sales force, QA team, and vendors. The Quality Assurance Administrator will also be responsible for learning about Kimball Midwest products and quality procedures.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Administrator include working with the Quality Assurance team to resolve product quality issues, managing incoming product concerns, and assisting with ensuring timely and accurate repairs. The role also involves managing the creation and sending out of UPS return labels, managing the placing of No Charge replacement orders and credit requests, and managing the sales rep experience timeline.
