Quality Assurance Administrator

Denali Family Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to oversee medical records and quality assurance, serving as the agency's Privacy Officer. The position leads the Medical Records and Quality Assurance teams and ensures records, privacy practices, and improvement processes meet agency and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Supervise Medical Records and Quality Assurance staff, serve as the agency's Privacy Officer, oversee medical records, develop and review policies, conduct audits, and coordinate performance and quality improvement activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in medical records or health information management, and experience in quality assurance, compliance, data collection, or employee supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• At least two years of progressively responsible professional experience in medical records or health information management
• Experience in at least one of these areas: quality assurance or compliance, data collection, analysis, and reporting, interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, or employee supervision or team leadership
