Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-focused and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to create, maintain, and monitor systems that support compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements across our group homes and apartments within Residential Services.
What You Will Do
Prepare for audits, develop and maintain policies and procedures, address safety concerns as they arise, submit required information to various agencies, and monitor staff adherence to established quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Supervisory experience in a residential or related setting
- Previous experience with the Department of Developmental Services preferred
