Requirements
Conduct thorough investigations of reported incidents and allegations.
Ensure proper oversight of the incident reporting process.
Maintain organized and confidential incident files.
Serve as a point of contact with oversight agencies.
Develop and deliver training on incident reporting protocols, abuse prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and transport files up to 15 pounds.
Computer proficiency in Word and Access.
