Role Overview

As the Quality Assurance Engineer II, you will provide critical support to ensure the quality and reliability of North Atlantic Industries' electronic systems throughout the manufacturing process. You will coordinate across departments, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve quality issues that directly impact production yield, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Conduct investigations on factory non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and ensure closure of corrective actions. Lead and conduct internal audits and support external audits related to AS9100/ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Control or other related experience and background in a fast-paced environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of electronics, mechanical, and manufacturing concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present quality data and findings clearly
  • Fundamental knowledge on failure analysis and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC A 610, J STD 001), workmanship standards and AS9100 standards
  • Skills to support data analytics, and knowledge in statistical process control are a plus
