Job Description
Join our XR/VR Device QA team to set the gold standard for VR/AR software and build the future of virtual reality together.

Requirements

  • Accurately interpret 'Voice of the Customer' (VoC) from various channels.
  • Reproduce issues based on user leads, perform log extraction/analysis, and translate vague feedback into high-quality, actionable bug reports for engineering teams.
  • Drive the end-to-end resolution process within defined SLAs. Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders for root cause analysis (RCA) and issue characterization, ensuring timely updates are relayed back to users via CS.
