Role OverviewThe Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector will be responsible for ensuring contractor compliance with contract plans, specifications, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The QA Inspector will perform construction quality assurance across three phases to ensure compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and safety plans.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of construction progress, detailed inspection of work performed by the General Contractor and all subcontractors, and proactive identification of deficiencies to help maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, including the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up), and experience conducting inspections, witnessing testing, and interpreting third-party test results.
Requirements
- HS + 10 Years of relevant experience in construction practices, procedures, and testing
- Three years of quality control management of DoD construction projects
- US citizenship
- Pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background checks
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
