Role OverviewJoin our Quality Team as a QA Inspector in a manufacturing facility to perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
What You Will Do
Inspect purchased components, prepare inspection reports, conduct daily inspections, assist in quality issue investigations, and support compliance with ISO 9001 and Quality Management System procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree or some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience reading engineering drawings, specifications and inspection instructions including geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
- Experience with metric system preferred.
- Experience operating and programming a video-based measurement system.
- Experience operating and programming a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Experience with an ERP system; SAP QM module experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
- Calibration experience in an ISO certified environment preferred.
- Experience in medical, aerospace, automotive, or other manufacturing environments with stringent quality requirements is highly preferred.
