Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function at their plastics manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Lead and develop a team of three QC technicians across first and second shifts
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes
  • Monitor production lines for color accuracy, cross-contamination, and process compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures
  • Partner with the Production Manager to balance operational efficiency with quality standards
