What You Will Do
Review all OASIS assessment documents for accuracy, consistency and supporting documentation, and participate in quality assurance and improvement activities for the agency.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in home health care
- RN) REGISTERED NURSE by Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas Upon Hire or (NLC) NURSING LICENSURE COMPACT-BNE - (BNE Compact State) Upon Hire
