Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UI professional to serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to mentor staff and evaluate other's work in taking UI claims and investigating unemployment insurance non-monetary determinations to ensure quality and conformance to guidelines and policy.

Requirements

  • 6 months of full-time experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing, or investigating work
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
  • Acceptance into a TWC Internship or TWC Apprenticeship will satisfy the minimum qualifications
  • Experience in evaluating non-monetary determinations and customer service calls in a UI Tele-center
  • Experience in UI claims processes strongly
  • Service to our customers, other staff, groups, and situations with quality and timely customer service in accordance with TWC's mission, vision, and philosophy
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), CAST, FileNet, DocMan, Avaya, CMS, and general word processing skills
  • Bilingual; English/Spanish
