Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards are met. The role involves providing oversight of assigned division assets, ensuring vehicle leases are up to date, and participating in scheduled meetings and in-service training.

What You Will Do

The Quality Assurance Specialist will provide evaluation and supportive services to programs in the residential service division, serve as a liaison between the residential programs and supply vendors, and provide tactical and strategic coordination during emergency evacuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university
• Four to six years of related experience and/or training
• First aid, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention certifications
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment
• Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
• Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively and competently to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics
• Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers, and professionals
• Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently
• Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position
