Role OverviewThe Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products. This is a hands-on role for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will perform inspections, testing, and documentation activities while working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
What You Will Do
Inspect incoming materials, subassemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. Perform dimensional inspections, measurements, and functional testing using standard inspection equipment and tools.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, Technical School Certificate, Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing inspection, or a related environment
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using measuring and inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience identifying and documenting non-conformances
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
