Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the UI Administration & Operational Support Department. The position will involve reviewing UI claims for proper payment and conformance to state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing, or investigating work, and be able to handle multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.

Requirements

  • Six months of full-time experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing, or investigating work
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
  • Acceptance into a TWC Internship or TWC Apprenticeship will satisfy the minimum qualifications
