Job Description
This posting is for existing TWC employees only. The Quality Assurance Specialist performs routine quality assurance work under moderate supervision, reviewing UI claims, following USDOL procedures, and utilizing various sources of information to determine the accuracy of UI adjudications.

Requirements

  • Six months of full-time experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing, or investigating work
  • Knowledge of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act
  • Experience adjudicating unemployment insurance claims
