Job Description
This position is responsible for supervision of Food Safety and Quality (FSQA) personnel, and quality programs, including the planning and implementation of the quality management program on the assigned shift.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in poultry further processing or slaughter
  • Understanding of USDA and OSHA regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
  • Strong interpersonal communication and oral presentation skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good technical reading and writing skills
  • Good math and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit company values
  • Ability to navigate processing areas and equipment
