Job Description
Fresh Mark is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to perform quality control testing and ensure products meet internal and external customer specifications.

Requirements

  • Two-year degree or certificate in food science or related subject preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years previous Quality Assurance or other related experience in the Food processing facility preferred
  • Knowledge of FDA GMP's and understanding of HACCP principles
  • Familiarity with modern food manufacturing processes and food safety systems
