Job Description
KDC is a network of best-in-class custom formulators and manufacturers of color cosmetics, skincare, haircare, bath & body, fragrance, deodorant, home, health, industrial, and auto care products. The Quality Assurance Technician ensures products meet high standards from appearance and weight to regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality-related role, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Proficient with measuring and testing devices
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Solid understanding of FDA GMPs and OSHA safety standards
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Clear communication with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues
