Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. You will support an internet-based program in Tampa, FL by working with a team of software developers, data engineers, and data scientists to create, refine, monitor, and manage information management approaches and platforms. You will manage existing platforms and support the development of new capabilities to collect and manage data in support of social media operations.

What You Will Do

You will review and evaluate software products and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards, design and implement testing plans, identify test procedures and scenarios, and provide cross-functional support to resolve defects. You will assess product performance, collect and communicate findings from test results, and identify areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency.
