What You Will Do
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and customer specifications. Identify and segregate defective materials; complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to interpret setup sheets, SOPs, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to distinguish colors and pass color tests as required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Forklift experience is beneficial; willingness to operate machinery.
- Flexibility with shift work and ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and collaboration tools.
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle a broad scope of responsibilities.
