Quality Compliance & Systems Manager

The Quality Compliance & Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's quality management systems and quality-related compliance programs. Serving as the Quality Management Representative for AS9100 and ISO 9001, this role supports certification activities, customer audits, management reviews, and ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory, industry, and business requirements.

What You Will Do

The position leads customer audit preparation and coordination, manages customer surveys and compliance questionnaires, supports NADCAP and supplier validation activities, and maintains oversight of applicable standards, specifications, and documented management system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience supporting or managing Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience supporting customer audits, third-party certification audits, and corrective action processes
• NADCAP experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, customer cybersecurity requirements, or related compliance frameworks preferred
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred
• Strong understanding of risk-based thinking, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement methodologies
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management system tools
