Job Description
Phoenix Color is a full-service printer seeking a Quality Continuous Improvement Manager to drive change, elevate performance, and build a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will lead Lean initiatives, improve processes, and deliver training programs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Quality environments
Hands-on experience leading Kaizen events, process improvements, or Lean initiatives
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (5S, OEE, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
Experience delivering training or developing workforce capability (TWI experience strongly preferred)
Ability to influence across all levels—from frontline operators to plant leadership
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel (Minitab or similar is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field preferred
