Role OverviewThe Quality Control Engineer will oversee IPQC and OQC activities, monitor product and process quality, analyze quality data and trends, control nonconforming products, and coordinate root cause investigations and corrective actions. This role will also support the development and improvement of inspection methods, acceptance criteria, quality procedures, and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 1 year+ experience in optoelectronics, semiconductor, electronics, photonics, or high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis software and systems
- Knowledge of quality standards, regulations, quality control, and production quality control
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and TL 9000 Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, FAI, CAPA, 8D, RCA, SPC, AQL, and statistical sampling methods
