Job Description
Therma, a Legence company, is seeking a Quality Control Examiner to implement and assist in the continuous improvement of the QC procedures and programs, policies, and cultures. The QCE will be responsible for providing a workplace culture committed to highest quality and customer complaint-free performance, and will investigate all external and internal Customer Complaints and other non-conformances related to quality workmanship issues.

Requirements

  • American Welding Society-Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
  • Committed to the company's core values, leading by example, and exemplifying these values within written and verbal communications, conduct, and actions
  • Must be an effective communicator (oral and written) with the ability to operate effectively without supervision
  • A minimum of 5 years construction experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in a position with welding quality or welding responsibilities
  • Current valid CA driver's license
