Job Description
Quality Control Inspector - Responsible for quality assurance duties, including auditing materials, monitoring assembly processes, inspecting finished goods, and deploying root cause analysis. Must be attentive to details, have good communication skills, and knowledge of using measuring tools.

Requirements

  • Daily review of production records, quality records, and training records for accuracy
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications
  • Perform data entry and record keeping. Regular filing and document management
  • Verify dimensions of raw materials and finished goods for accuracy and conformance to specifications using measuring instruments
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, verify accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Support the production team to identify, contain, and correct quality issues in the production line
  • Reviews RGA Tags for accuracy and records RGAs in the RGA Log
  • Schedule and execute sample testing as required, document findings, and provide the first analysis of the data.
  • Keep the supervisor apprised of all situations that compromise quality and/or deviation from standards.
